THINGS YOU DIDN'T KNOW TRIFE-PARTYWISE
Full on Tool Time scenario as Corpsey built the Wheel of Trife in his workshop...
Drehobl sketched it all out before hand. Insane amounts of thought went into it, making sure
we had all the drinks accounted for and that the cross was strategically placed for optimum
beer pourage...
Corpsey's built his share of ramps putos; he basically used the same technique as you'd use for cutting tranny...
Crucial center positioning routerwise...
The first paint job looked like this...
Originally, it was going to be the Wheel of Maricon with a Pride flag look...
But it turned out more like Wavy Gravy's Wheel of Tie-Dye. I think we repainted it at least three times...
P-Stone was on the scene and actually tried to make his own wheel. He had visions of grandeur
thinking about the mass marketing possibilities-Got it?
The first clicker was mounted on the side and double up alluminum from a can of High Life...
This was P-Stone's stab at it, a little off centered and the skateboard wheel used to put in the
middle was one millimeter too big and broke the middle causing that orange additional waish...
The bottom stand was built by our own craftsman, Senor Becker and the first spin was made
in his old workstation, his garage...
Since turning wasn't an issue, a Venture truck was used for the mount...
Drehobl did all the graphics by hand and put the Goldschlager one on before we contacted the bar.
At that time the Parkside didn't carry it so we had to buy a couple bottles from the liquor store...
Non wheel related but equally important, Everett Cash was the first human behind the cross casketwise...
Final note: The Wheel served its purpose and was such a hit that the old owner of the Parkside wanted to buy it. Since then he's sold the Parkside and mysteriously, the wheel is later'd. Shot of Jaeger to anyone who knows it's whereabouts...
